Rockaholic is a 42' Evans hull that was finished by Phil Jones of Hooper's Island. It is powered by a 435 HP 3208 Cat and is US Coast Guard licensed to carry up to 6 passengers.
The boat was completely re-outfitted in 2006 to meet the high standards of its new crew. Electronics were replaced at that time and include the top of the line Raymarine C-Series GPS Chartplotter and Color Fish Finder. Other electronics include VHF, radar, autopilot and stereo. Other equipment includes trolling valve, windlass, lectra-san head, and heated cabin.
Rockaholic is one of the best rigged charter boats on the bay. Its trolling gear includes 20 Penn 345s on Penn 3160RS rods. In the Spring, they troll all of them at once using planer boards. Bottom fishing gear includes Penn 5500 reels on Penn or Uglystik rods.
